What is Scenar?
 The Scenar is a hand held medical device, used by the therapist to assist a clients body to re-activate its self-regulatory mechanism which was pushed out of balance (equilibrium) by an accident or disease.
Drug free and pain relieving - it works by activating the body’s own healing process by first measuring skin resistance and then stimulating the body’s internal pharmacy via the nervous system.
Scenar therapy can have a profound effect on both chronic and acute painful conditions and injuries that may not respond to other forms of treatment. The Scenar is also used to locate hidden, referred and primary treatment points in ways that might not be evident by other means.

 Conditions most effectively treated are:
- skeletal, muscular and nerve pains
- sprains, strains, swellings
- haematomas, inflammation
- digestive, circulatory, respiratory difficulties
- chronic fatigue and stress

Results reported for the SCENAR have been remarkable. There seems to be very few ailment categories that it cannot assist. Improvements in particular conditions are simply the result of applying procedures developed over two decades of the device’s use to effect a change in skin/body response to the SCENAR signal/impulse.

Cycle of Illness

- HEALTH When our body is challenged it may move from health into the cycle of illness.
- SYMPTOMS As a result of the cycle of illness we begin to show symptoms and at this point we seek assistance. In Western orthodox medicine – when you have for example temperature, cough, diarrhoea, constipation etc – the main idea is to use what ever means to stop these symptoms. The belief is that if these symptoms are stopped, then the patient can go back to health. But this is not possible – in our universe one can NEVER go back – only forward.
- Once symptoms are stopped orthodox medicine terms the illness to be in REMISSION.
- When they reappear it is termed AGGRAVATION – the body then works like a pendulum, going from aggravation to remission to aggravation to remission – but never back to health.
- SCENAR THERAPY supports the body to help finish the cycle of illness. In Scenar therapy symptoms serve as guides so the focus is not on stopping the symptoms but rather on restoring the functions. Scenar therapy uses symptoms as guides in the application of therapeutic processes that help the body complete the adaptive reactions and restore healthy function.
